My Inspiration

What has helped me re-story my life?

I learned from Julia Cameron; I deepened because of Christina Baldwin.

Christina Baldwin is a giant in the field of journaling. I was with Christina at the June ’08 “Power of Writing” Journaling Conference in Denver where she was a keynote speaker.  She is an eloquent and witty speaker and educator, who integrates the spiritual journey and the practical path.

International Journal Conference a Great Success!

The International “Power of Writing” Journal Conference held in Denver in June ’08 proved to be a huge success. I was honored to be one of the presenters for this conference attended by over 350 writers, journal writing instructors and journal therapists. My workshop (“Find Your Way Home: Writing the Next Chapter”) received rave reviews and I gained tremendous insights from others’ presentations. Keynote speaker, friend and writing mentor Christina Baldwin opened the conference with, “Restorying the World, How Journal Writing can Heal the Future,” which those in attendance declared as one of the most important and inspirational speeches of their lives.

When I grow up, I want to dance like my granddaughter, Hudson, when she was two years old.
